Quiche of the Day:  Asparagus, bacon, roasted red pepper and cheddar cheese mixed with an egg custard and baked in a pastry crust.  Served with a side of fresh fruit.  $8.95

Sandwich of the Day:  Tuna Melt:  Parmesan encrusted sourdough bread, cheddar cheese, sliced tomato and our house tuna salad grilled golden brown.  Served with kettle chips.  $8.95 Substitute Loaded Potato Salad for $0.95

The Woodsman Breakfast:  Buttermilk biscuit halves topped with two eggs over-easy, elk sausage gravy, braised mushrooms and leeks.  $9.95
