Sandwich of the Day:  “Italian Sausage Melt”:  A flavorful Italian fennel sausage patty grilled and topped with peppers and onions sautéed in herb butter, and served on parmesan crusted sourdough bread with melted Swiss cheese.  Served with a pickle spear and kettle chips.  $8.95    Substitute loaded potato salad for $0.95

Quiche of the Day:  Granny Smith apple, white cheddar, and bacon mixed with an egg custard and baked in a pastry crust. Served with a side of fresh fruit.  $8.95

“Jose Benedict”:  Two English muffin halves topped sliced tomato, grilled chorizo patties, two over-easy eggs, a cilantro, lime and jalapeño hollandaise sauce, and finished with sliced avocado on top.  $9.95

Chocolate and Cherry Crème Brûlée French Toast:  Our honey white bread sliced thick, soaked in a chocolate crème brûlée custard, then baked and finished with a cherry sauce and whipped cream.  $9.95
