Sandwich of the Day:  “Parmesan Encrusted Cajun Tuna Melt”:  Our house recipe albacore tuna salad made with Cajun remoulade sauce, with swiss cheese, and served on parmesan encrusted sourdough.  Served with a pickle spear and pasta salad.  $8.95    Substitute loaded potato salad for $0.95

Quiche of the Day:  Chicken, corn, black beans, and cheddar cheese mixed with an egg custard and baked in a pastry crust.  Served with a side of fresh fruit.  $8.95

Chef’s Skinny Egg Sandwich:  Our Lucy’s “The Works Bagel” toasted with two scrambled egg whites with black pepper, turkey bacon, and white cheddar cheese.  $8.95

The Carnivore Plate:  Cheddar browns, elk sausage, pepper bacon, Canadian bacon, two eggs over-easy, and a buttermilk biscuit.  $10.95

Pain Au Chocolat French Toast:  A butter croissant with a ribbon of chocolate in the center, French toast battered, and topped with the Chef’s berry sauce and whipped cream.  $9.95
