January Pancake:  “Cherries Jubilee”:  Warm tart cherries with a hint of orange liqueur and honey on top of our house recipe pancakes and served with whipped cream and a cherry.  $6.95

Hot Soup of the Day:  Southwester Chicken with Tortilla Strips $5.50 bowl, $6.50 bread bowl

Quiche of the Day:  Chicken, asparagus, cream cheese, and roasted red pepper mixed with an egg custard and baked in a pastry crust. Served with a side of fresh fruit.  $8.95

Sandwich of the Day:  “Pot Roast”:  Four-hour braised tender-rolled chuck on Pullman bread with muenster cheese and horseradish mayonnaise, and garnished with sliced tomato and a pickle spear.  Served with a side of loaded potato salad.  $8.95

A Side of Cheddar Cheese and Onion Hash Browns $3.95

Elk Sausage Biscuits and Gravy:  A little heartier rendition of our house biscuits and gravy with Indiana elk sausage and fresh sage.  $8.95

The Chef’s Deluxe Skinny Egg Sandwich:  Lucy’s “The Works Bagel” with over-hard eggs with black pepper, turkey bacon, white cheddar cheese, sliced tomato, and sliced avocado.  $8.95

“Breakfast in Burma”:  Eggs scrambled with peppers and onions and topped with cheddar cheese, fresh tomato chutney, and Sriracha cream sauce.  Served with braised Indian-style lentils and a warm flour tortilla.  $9.95 (Note! lentils contain beef).
