December Pancake:  “Egg Nog with Butter Rum Sauce”:  Our special egg nog recipe pancake batter grilled and topped with butter rum sauce and whipped cream.  $6.95

Hot Soup of the Day:  Crab and Artichoke Chowder $5.50 bowl, $6.50 bread bowl

Quiche of the Day:  “Chicken Cordon Blue”:  Ham, chicken, Swiss cheese, and asparagus mixed with an egg custard and baked in a pastry crust. Served with a side of fresh fruit.  $8.95

Sandwich of the Day:  “Chef’s Ham Salad”:  Ground ham, pickles, onion, and mayonnaise served on Pullman bread and garnished with pickle treats and a side of loaded potato salad.  $8.95

The Chef’s Skinny Egg Sandwich:  Lucy’s “The Works Bagel” with two egg over-hard with black pepper, turkey bacon, white cheddar cheese, and sliced avocado.  $8.95

The California Scramble:  Scrambled eggs on toasted English muffin halves, topped with white cheddar cheese, diced tomato, green and red onion, sliced avocado halves, and Sriracha cream sauce.  $9.95

Red Fennel Hash and Eggs:  Our house root vegetable hash of roasted beets, rutabaga, garlic, onion, potatoes, herbs, and balsamic with chopped pot roast and pan drippings added. Topped with two eggs over-easy and a buttermilk biscuit.  $9.95
