 October Pancake:  “Pumpkin”:  Our house recipe pumpkin spice batter topped with homemade apple butter and whipped cream.  $6.95

Hot Soup of the Day:  Cuban Black Bean garnished with chopped egg and sliced green onion.  $5.50 bowl, $6.50 bread bowl

Sandwich of the Day:  Ham and Swiss on warm fresh baked challah with lettuce, tomato, onion, and basil mayonnaise.  Served with a pickle spear and a side of loaded potato salad.  $8.95

Quiche of the Day:  Bacon, spinach, roasted garlic, tomato, and Swiss cheese mixed with an egg custard and baked in a pastry crust.  Served with a side of fresh fruit.  $8.25

Chorizo Hash:  Potatoes, peppers, onions, toasted corn, chorizo sausage, and fresh cilantro all grilled and topped with two eggs over-easy, guacamole, pico de gallo, sour cream. Served with a warm flour torilla.  $9.95

Eggs Benedict with Sauce Choron:  The classic benedict with a twist!  Two English muffin halves topped with Canadian bacon, poached eggs, and finished with choron sauce (béarnaise sauce with the addition of tomato).  $9.95

The Chef’s Plate:  Crepes with cinnamon and sugar and a honeyed fruit sauce with mango, strawberries, pineapple, and blueberries. Topped with whipped cream and served with a side of bacon.
